Sales Manager - Plastic Processing Machinery - Poland

As a Technical Sales Manager your goal is to present the companies superior solutions in the field of extrusion lines.
The Sales Manager needs to be able to identify the current and future goals of the customers, while identifying new sales opportunities and acquiring new customers in the plastics industry.
You will also gain knowledge about future market needs regarding the transformation of the plastics industry towards a circular economy and develop strategies for new distribution channels.

Responsibilities:

· Acquisition of new business while retaining the existing relationships of sales within Poland.
· Represent the product portfolio of extrusion systems
· Based on customer requirements, you develop individual offers and accompany the negotiations to a successful outcome.
· Understand customers' current and future needs and advise them in technical matters.
· With your knowledge of the plastics industry market, suggest new ideas for the development of the product ranges.

Candidate Profile:

· Proven experience in selling plastic/packaging lines (particular interest in those with extrusion experience)
· Engineering qualifications required
· Enthusiastic and autonomous salesperson.
· Happy traveling to advise customers on-site (approx. 3 days / week).
· Strong communication and ability to convince and negotiate with customers using strong technical knowledge.
· High level of self-motivation and ‑organization, as well as a structured working method.
· Experience with Sales Force would be advantageous.
